Inquiring Minds Want to Know, What are Legal Herbal Buds
Anyone wondering what legal herbal buds are has to begin at the beginning. In the beginning, Professor John Huffman was doing research at Clemson University when he began work that would direct to synthetic cannabis. He published his work in the appropriate medical journals, and then in the early part of 2005, some of these compounds began showing up in Germany, marketed as herbal spice and alternately called K2 or Spice.

Loads of of these Legal Herbal Buds products were said to have effects remarkably similar to the effects of natural cannabis or THC, with users reporting a unwinding, euphoric effect. However, it wasn't until 2010 that states began outlawing these legal herbal derivatives, and late in 2010 the DEA passed a one-year sanction on five substances commonly found in some legal herbal buds: JWH-018, JWH-073, JWH-200, CP-47,497 and cannabicyclohexanol (from Wikipedia).

    Legal Bud

Although some online websites attempt to promote legal herb as just a legal form of marijuana, technically this is against the law and a violation of DEA code. The reality is that Legal Smoking Buds are simply another kind of smoking products, like tobacco (or opium in the 19th century), and one that is generally legal in all of the USA. We say generally because there are an rising number of states have attempted to pass laws prohibiting legal herbal smoking products, but the herbal buds manufacturers just create an alternative version of the product modified to each state's specific requirements. Most states in truth attempt to criminalize the synthetic chemicals obtained in smoking legal buds, but given that there were more than 450 derivatives of cannabis recognized this could be a very lengthy battle for the US government and the DEA.

Most folks find the truth that smoking legal buds will not initiate them to fall short in a drug test very tempting, because people have to pass a drug test for all kinds of things these days. Applying for employment; regular drug testing if you have a job; applying for a loan; applying for an apartment; part of probation if you have been convicted of drunk driving - the list goes on and on. Mostly individuals who work vigorously and need a way to unwind at the end of the day, but don't feel comfortable using cannabis to fill that want because of the possibility of a failed drug test. For these folks, Legal Herbal Buds are a real boon, and they have embraced it enthusiastically.

Various of the other reasons people take pleasure in legal buds smoking is that it offers a way to quit smoking cigarettes and cigars. That's correct; plenty of people use herbal smoke as a bridge to quit smoking cigarettes because the very negative health effects of cigarettes are well recognized, while there are few known (if any) harmful health effects of legal buds. Still others find it a supportive way to gratify the need to hold something in your hand and smoke it. Unlike with cigarettes, the amount of legal herbal buds you need to experience the effects is very small, and doesn't require you to keep smoking it.
Did you know the German Nazis were the first ones to begin public prohibitions on smoking in spaces like trains and buses? It's a fact; Adolf Hitler was quite the anti-smoking campaigner. He even went so far as to brand cigarettes as "a vice of the degenerate Negroes." And of course, they blamed the Jewish people for the introduction of tobacco to German culture and its destructive health effects.

    Legal Herb Smoke

But long beforehand Hitler, linguistic Data shows that Germanic tribes were accustomed with hemp as a form of herbal smoking, possibly as far back as 500 B.C. Nor were they the only ones; Chinese medicine practitioners were familiar with cannabis as a way to get in contact with the spirit world. Taoist (the ancient Chinese religion) teachings reference smoking herbs in the 4th century A.D., describing how to burn it for the maximum effect. And in Africa, even though it's hard to tell how far back the traditions go because of the lack of a written history, 19th century explorers found hemp cults throughout the continent, with tribesmen who were vital to pass through the tests and smoke herbal buds as much as possible.

Furthermore herb legal usage isn't just limited to the distant past, either. In San Francisco, California currently there are "medical marijuana" dispensaries where patients who have a prescription can acquire legal buds. In Humboldt County, California, there are hundreds of thousands of acres devoted to growing not-so-legal cannabis, and the local government officials are extremely tolerant of individuals in possession of these herbs. In India today, various spiritual festivals such as the festival of Shivrati and the festival of Holi involve spiritual wise men known as sadhus wandering the avenues and smoking marijuana as an offering to the Indian goddess Shiva.
